The Kaméléon® piece is a creation by Robert David, this knife is a Thiers specialty.
The renowned Laguiole knife. We have endowed it with a robust blade and a stag handle for its XL version.
Its forged fly is a guarantee of quality and solidity. In the cutlery world, the fly is a protrusion at the end of the spring used to lock the blade. Over time, cutlers have sculpted it and transformed it into a "bee".
Our cutler craftsmen offer to personalize them by working them with a file according to your ideas, your desires or your passions!!!
The blade is made of sandwick 12C27 steel known for its excellent balance between sharpness and durability, as well as its resistance to rust and corrosion.
