The Kaméléon'® is a knife that takes the shape and characteristics of the famous Laguiole. We have equipped it with a robust blade and a thicker handle for its XL version.
Its fly is always forged. The forged fly is a guarantee of quality and solidity. In cutlery terms, the fly is a protrusion at the end of the spring that is used to block the blade. Over time, cutlers have sculpted it and transformed it into a "bee".
Our artisan cutlers offer to personalize them by working them with a file according to your ideas, desires or passions!!!
The blade is made of sandwick 12C27 steel, known for its excellent balance between sharpness and durability, as well as its resistance to rust and corrosion.
