The Epicurien® is a creation by Robert David, this knife is entirely handmade in our workshop in Thiers.
The Epicurien® is an original knife.
Its "pen" clip allows it to slip into all pockets.
Its “Liner lock" locking system ensures safety and maneuverability when opening and closing.
Thus, to deploy the blade, simply press the grip at the beginning of the blade with your thumb and to fold it back, press the plate. Simple and practical!
Blade made of sandwick 12C27 steel.
We offer it in 2 sizes, the 10 or 12 cm (refer to the technical description), and a wider model for large hands, the XL.
