The Épicurien® is a creation by Robert David, this knife is entirely handcrafted in our workshop in Thiers.
The Épicurien® is an original knife. Its "pen" clip allows it to slip into any pocket.
Its “Liner lock" locking system ensures safety and maneuverability when opening and closing.
Thus, to deploy the blade, just press the grip at the beginning of the blade with your thumb and to fold it back, press the plate. Simple and practical!
